Refunds

For Online ORDERS: Out and Under will gladly refund the full purchase price to the original method of payment less original shipping charges (shipping and handling) for any product sent back for refund within 30 days of purchase. All returns for refund must be new and unused, and include the original packaging and literature. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  A brief note as to why you are returning the merchandise should be included in the package or an email to contact@gooutandunder.com.

For In Store Purchases:  Out and Under will issue a store credit for the items to be returned within 30 days of purchase. All returns for store credit must be new and unused, and include the original packaging and literature. If any of the items are slightly damaged Out and Under reserves the right to refuse the return or offer a lesser amount than the actual purchase price.

 

Exchanges

Out and Under will exchange any product that is new and unused for another style, size of the same product within 30 days of purchase. All products must include original packaging and literature. Please specify which product you want in exchange. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Defects

Out and Under does its best to never ship out defective products. All items that we sell are top quality from the manufacturer. Most items we sell come with a 1 or 2 years manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you feel that an item is defective and needs repair or replacement, call or email us and we will work with you to help resolve the issue in a timely manner. Your satisfaction is our top priority. You should use a traceable method for shipping your merchandise back to us such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL. Make sure you insure the item for loss or damage.
